Working principle

The S5X vibrating screen is a device that uses rubber springs as the supporting elastic element and SV super energy exciter as the vibration source. It generates excitation force through the rotation of eccentric blocks, causing the screen box to produce circular reciprocating motion. The material continuously undergoes a circular bouncing and rolling motion on the inclined screen surface. By repeatedly comparing it with the sieve holes, materials smaller than the sieve hole size pass through, while materials larger than the sieve hole size are on the screen surface, thus completing the screening process.
